Templeton Hotel

Bozeman, June 1980
The Templeton Hotel, Helena, Montana

At the Last Chance on 12 West
Guests say nicest, cleanest.
Beyond bars on TV is old Ironsides

The super is a fortune teller
Dispensing returnable, floating keys
Passage is to an empty closet

The room has been remodeled in purple
With high ceilings and faulty wiring, a
Shop-worn prostitute requests a clean spread
